Getting to Cape Verde

Currently there are direct flights from the UK to Sal and Boa Vista, flying from Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham. Unfortunately these are not daily, and therefore fill up quickly and can be costly. There are also various flights from Europe most notably Portugal, but these involve indirect flights.
